I can't hold it!

I know I said we were doing the carnival, but I have so much to say! Tuesday we had a pizza party at co-op. Then was an ice cream social. Me and my friends had huge sugar rushes. Then my sister got two new ub funkey's and some walkies-talkies. And I got new shoes. Then, the best thing, MY DAD TOOK ME TO A WOOSTER SHARKS HOKEY GAME! It was so much fun, even though the sharks lost. There was this old guy selling cotton candy, He was trying to say 'candy here', but it sounded more like 'Mandy ere'. I fell asleep in the car ride home. Now today my dad went on his FIRST MISSIONARY TRIP EVER! Now he must be in the UK. I won't see him for 11 days! I miss him already. Well, gotta go! Oh, but one last thing, we are two posts away form 100, so I'm planning something big. So be here, or you will not be happy! See ya!

The merry-go-round of friend ship

Welcome back, to the blog carnival! Do you want to ride the merry-go-round? If so, come aboard! First, you choose a horsey. You find a friend. But, like a merry-go-round, things can sometimes get shaky. Have you ever had a fight with your best friend? Once, in first grade, I had a huge fight with my friend Jamie. Merry-go-rounds spin and whirl, up and down, around in a circle.Sometimes having a friend can go astray, like sometimes a merry-go-round breaks off in the middle of a ride. You could disagree, insult without knowing it, or they're be doing something you aren't allowed to and you know its wrong. Say if your Cristian and a friend offers you a beer. You shouldn't take that and you shouldn't really be friends. But, the merry-go-round can be lots of fun! As well as having a good friend. You know Shannon and Katie. When I hang out with them or give them phone calls, it's always fun. Just pick the right friends. If you're girly a tomboy might not be best for you. If you're afraid of heights, and he loves tree climbing, that might not go down to well. Ah, it's the end of the ride and the post. See you next ride!

The Ferris wheel of economy

Welcome, to the Ferris wheel of economy! First you sit down in the seat, and you know you're going to ride the ride. You start making money and know that you are going to provide food for the family, bay the bills, and have extra. Then in starts. You've been working for a little while and have made progress. Then you go to the top of the ride. You're at the prime of your job and no occupation looks better. You've got a high salary and your boss seems to favor you. Then you start going down. Things don't look so good anymore. You've had a cut in your salary and your boss always seems to yell around you. Now your at the bottom. You've been fired/ retired and no longer have employment. You must be much older now and go off old-person-money that you get from the government or something. Well, this post was shorter because I don't know much about the economy. Bye!

My first ever blog carnival of life!

Welcome to my 5 day series of the blog carnival of life! During these next five blogs, we will be going through 5 carnival-and-life related topics. Life, taxes, friendship, school, and getting older. Today we are talking about the roller coaster of life. Ups and downs, twirls and whirls, jerks and works, spins and wins, halts and starts. When you start the ride, you feel anxious. It's like starting a new life. You wanna do it and get started. Then comes the big hill. You can't wait to get over it. Like a little kid wants to be a grown up. Usually lots of dress-up around this age. Then you're zooming down and going fast. You know how to ride a bike, climb a tree, run real fast, and can do your basic math. You're learning everything you can and having plenty of fun. Then the curves and bumps, sometimes upside-down. You're zooming so fast and feel like you wanna stop. You're having growth spurts, breaking up with your dates, and flunking tests. You just want it all to stop. Those years of fun and anticipation are long gone now! Now you're near the end and kind of enjoying it now. You might have a spouse, kids, a home, and maybe a pool. You're planning on a happy life with you're family and you're emotional years are past. Now you're almost done and slowing down. You have grand kids, you're parent might have passed away, and you don't feel as active. Now it's the end of the ride. You lead a good life and you're off to you're grave. Wow, you're entire life in two paragraphs! Sorry, and enjoy that casket!

Eggs!

Today was jam-packed awesome! First thing I got up, me and Corrina dyed Easter eggs! We now have the best eggs ever! Then, after breakfast, we went bowling! I won a round, with bumpers, of course. It was fun. Then I played DDR in the bowling Ally's arcade. I passed two rounds. Then we went to the Springfield science museum. It's really cool. There's an aquarium, a dinosaur hall, a space center, a rock section, and a history of the Indians. There are live turtles, fish in tanks, baskets really woven by the Indians, dinosaur fossils, and African animal statues. There's lots to see and do! There's a Dr. Seuss memorial garden, and a girt shop. Then we went to the Springfield art museum. It has paintings, and sculptures, and cool huge murals. Now I've eaten dinner and have blogged. See ya!

We're getting there!

8 more posts, and we have our 100 post! Awesomeness! Can you believe you've put up with me for 92 posts? No, wait! 93! You have seven more posts until our celebration, the surprise blogger celebration! My one hundredth post is going to be my greatest post yet, and I already have an idea! It's top secret, and no one's getting the information for seven posts. Got it? OK, I have topic, yes I do. Have I ever mentioned to great kids named Dunkin and Ana? There kids around me and Corrina's age who used to live down the road from us. Then, months ago, they moved to New York. And they're back in town for a while! How cool is that! So if you guys are reading, Dunkin and Ana, I hope you can come visit our house real soon. I hope you can make it! Another shift in topics. In my garage is a spy workshop that me and Corrina made. We have a pretend agency CASSIDY + CORRINA'S DETECTIVES+SPIES Cool, right? Now open to crimes in need of solving (don't tell the government). Hope you enjoyed listening to me babble on for the ninety-third time!

My favorite book

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. By the title, you may assume (new word) the subject is books, particularly my favorite. (I'll isolate all the new and/or big words throughout this post) I like a lot of kinds of books. Comics, fairy tale, fantasy, humor, and don't anybody say 'love stories' out there! But my favorite is the best book published. It's old, but not dull. It has stories of adventure, miracles, journeys, sad deaths, happy newborn life, animals, praise, kings, imprisoning, and Resurrection. Maybe you own a copy. It's called the Bible. It's a really cool book. And it's true. The bible is a nice book, all about a really cool guy named Jesus. Jesus was no ordinary guy, though. No way. He was God's son. A Savior! He took the form of man to come to earth and die for our sins. You might be going all 'If I die, will all my sins be forgiven?' No way! Since Jesus was the son of the guy who created the world, it was special. After Jesus died, three days later, he rose up from the dead! How cool! In the bible, it also tells about how the world was created, the prophecy of Jesus coming, the disciples, parting oceans, journeys, faith, fiery bushes, miracles, and so much more! So don't just sit there reading, see for yourself and go get a copy today!
