Fare thee well, Fred-o

I am sad to report the following tragic blog statement: Fred has been let out. Snailyland is now an empty fish tank with dirt in it. Today my dad made it incredibly clear that Fred needed space and fresh air, like everyone does. We saved his life from the parking lot at co-op, we helped him through the winter, but he needed to go in the woods and be with other snails. He is now perched on a huge rock in my backyard forest, where he will be much happier. I miss him a lot already, and my sister even cried, but he's much better off this way. Never again will you hear talk of a small snail my sister rescued. You will no more read of Snailyland and its great snailness. This post is firmly and completely dedicated to Fred, and in no way may be copied or transmitted unless written consent of the author, ME. Please pay respect to copy rite that I'm gonna post another time. Fred, have an awesome time out there buddy. You were real majestic, pal. (Cool word, huh?)

R's and S's

Hi guys (and girls). When you think of school, you might think of a large learning method. The three R's. Reading, 'Riting, and 'Rithmatic. I just thought of a funny method that fits my mom homeschooling us. The three S's: Sit down, Shut your pie hole, and Stop driving me crazy! I enjoy homeschooling. You get more free time, use your imagination, learn what you want to learn, and it's fun! Three big words to describe home school: Exquisite, Enjoyable, Entertaining. The three E's. I prefer my mom to most teachers because I've known my mom a whole lot longer, I'll tell you that! I don't wanna be offencive to public school kids in this post, so if I offended any public school child, ages 5 through 1,000,000, please note I am truly sorry for offensiveness. If you feel comfortable with your schooling system, then you're in the right place for learning! It doesn't matter if you go to private, public, or your house, as long as to learn something, that's a cool place to be!

Chain saw the third

And once again, today the guy across the street was chain sawing like there was no tomorrow. It was ridiculous! It was early this morning when he started going. Me and my sister were getting dressed when all of a sudden, RR! RR RR! RR RR RR!My sister said, 'chain saw guys at it again'. Now, some of you may be like, 'what's she talking about, the loonies? Wanna go get some potatoes?'. Well, potatoes can wait, fellas. I've had two other posts about this guy. The guy across the street is scary. No one knows his name. He has a dog there. He's never there. I start seeing him when it's warmer. But he leaves the dog there. And never feeds it. It's super scary. He's talked to my dad. My parents tell me to stay away from him. I only see him, like, once a week. Once he was in this van, and he kept going in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out until he finally decided to go in. Never EVER go near that chain-saw guy.

Trees

When you go outside, what do you see? You see rocks, grass, moss, twigs, and maybe leaves. But, when you go outside you see lots of these: TREES. Trees are so important to us, we couldn't live without them. Trees are a very big part of the Eco system. That's a cool new thing I learned about. Sounds fancy, doesn't it?Not really. Here's how to put it simpler: the food chain, the circle of life, the passing of a torch. It's how earth works. When you breathe, you exhale carbon dioxide gas. (great big word there, exhale) Trees (Here's the cool thing) inhale carbon dioxide and exhale air, for humans to breathe. Think about it, without trees, we couldn't really live. When you climb a tree, like I do, think of it as climbing a machine. A machine that makes air. Wow, that's actually educational! Forget school, kids. Come to this site and learn about Eco systems and what not. You've just learned a cool lesson about nature, air, gasses, Eco systems, and outdoorsmanship. (Another big word!) By the way, here's a list of cool words I've learned:
Hospitable

Triumphant

Circulatory

Specify

Endangered

Ridged

Omnipresent

Now those are really big words! I love picking up cool stuff to say. My friends say big words come naturally to me. Now, here's a bonus point! I learned the word omnipresent from my kids church teacher, Mrs. Polly! See, Mrs. Polly! Your kids church lessons ARE paying off!

Me

I live a great life. I have awesome friends, a cool church, a great family, and a nice home. Here I am, ten years old, wearing jeans and my dad's old Neil young T-shirt, writing on my PC and rambling on about ME. You know, when you thing of yourself, you think of what you wish you were. You might think of yourself as pretty, athletic, happy, popular, and maybe even attractive. Well, not everyone looks like Paula Abdul or David Archuleta. Some people aren't that much into sports. No one's happy all the time. If you don't have a lot of friends, you aren't that popular. And, 'nuff said when it comes to attractive. Some times I say that I'm quieter then I am, or that I like video games more then playing outside or something, an untruth. Some people may call me weird, strange, loud, hyper, psychotic, crazy, always-in-trouble, awkward, silly, goofy, you get the point. I am unique in so many ways. I may be a tad energetic and psycho at times, but I'll always be crazy old Cassidy! It was nice to talk to you guys!

You know what comes next

SLEEPOUT! / Irish night at our church

Tonight is the long awaited girl scout sleep-out. We're all gonna (Me, the thirteen girl scouts, the three leaders and Teddy the teddy bear) sleepover at the Brimfield catholic church in the hall. I'm bringing everything I own except for one of my most prized and broken possession: my MP3 player. No electronic laptops, music players, video games, password diary's, I-dogs, or blogs so I'll tell you how it went tomorrow instead of at three am. It's going to be fun, but I have another topic today so listen up. Tonight's Irish night at our church. My dad and my Uncle Chuck are playing the music. My dad's on guitar, banjo, mandolin. Uncle Chuck's on guitar. Unfortunately, it's the same time as the sleep out, so I won't be making it. Sorry you can't really know how that ends, sadly. Oh well, I won't even know how it begins! Well, at least you got a head start. And, by the way, does anyone read this blog? I've posted now multiple posts and no one has commented. Have I been demoted? (Isn't that a fun word to say? Demoted? It's new) If no one is posting, who's reading it? If no one reads it, you won't know what's going on in my life. And this is as much publicity as I get, people! Well, wish me a fun time tonight!

Adios!

The group

When we at our church were smaller we all hung out in one group. Corrina, Lauren, Liam, Morgan, Robert, Carl, Samantha, Zach, and I. It didn't matter what gender, age , or sense of fashion you had. We all were one big group. Then, things changed. There were Morgan and Lauren and Carl in the older kids class, me and Liam and Zach and Robert going to kids room, and Corrina and Samantha in little kids. We were all split apart. Now, instead of one, there were three groups. Morgan and Lauren were now best buds and started realizing that we were all younger. Me and the boys didn't care about genders, obviously. We were best friends. Samantha and Corrina stayed friends and things seemed to adjust and we all got along perfectly, right? WRONG! Something happened. Carl, Samantha, and one of best friends for the time, Robert were moving! Off to New Hampshire they went, now I barely see them except when they sometimes visit our church. Most of our group dealt with it well, but not Corrina! Having Sam move away wasn't fun. Well, at least the bad times were over, right? Wrong again! Me and the guys: when you are in first grade, you learn about GENDERS. Now, we're about five years in the future. I still hang out with Liam sometimes, seeing Zach every Wednesday night. Now at church I hang out with Sheesha+Kaylyn, they're the only one's there that early. After church, I like to hang out with a new Zach, who doesn't care about genders. I'm glad I can still hang out with the boys. As from reading this blog, you may note that I am not much of a girl-girl. All growing up my best friends are boys. That's why my mom tells Corrina to stay away from them!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while,

Cassidy
